Pigment properties: Pigment Yellow 168 is a green light lemon yellow pigment, which is environmentally friendly and does not contain heavy metals. It can replace lemon chrome yellow. It has good heat resistance, light resistance and migration resistance. It is a calcium salt lake with a similar structure to C.I. Pigment Yellow 61 and Pigment Yellow 62, giving a slightly green light yellow tone, between C.I. Pigment Yellow 1 and Pigment Yellow 3. It has excellent solvent resistance and migration resistance to aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons. However, the color strength is slightly lower, and dimensional deformation occurs in HDPE.
Application areas: Mainly used for coloring plastics such as polyvinyl chloride and polyethylene, and can also be used for coloring rubber, coatings, and fabrics.
