Pigment blue 15:2 is a bright reddish blue powdered pigment. It has bright color, high tinting strength, excellent light and weather resistance, and good solvent resistance.

This pigment can be used in plastics, rubber, coatings and other fields. In plastics, such as polyamide, polyurethane foam, polystyrene and polycarbonate (thermal stability up to 340℃), it has applications; in ink, such as metal decorative ink can withstand 200℃/10min. However, when used for coloring natural rubber, the presence of free copper may affect its vulcanization effect (the free copper does not exceed 0.015%).
