In terms of technical indicators, the appearance is dark red uniform powder, the color light (compared with the standard product) is similar to – micro level, the oil absorption is 40-60, and the tinting strength (compared with the standard product) is 100±5%.
In terms of solvent resistance, the tolerance to alcohol, xylene, butanol, butyl acetate, methyl ethyl ketone, and solvent oil is 4-5, 4, 4, 4, 3-4, and 4-5 respectively.
The fastness performance is: light fastness 7-8, acid resistance 4-5, weather fastness 4-5, heat resistance 200℃, alkali resistance 4-5.
The pigment is mainly used for plastics and masterbatches, and can also be used in nitro paints, offset inks, solvent inks and water-based inks. It is also suitable for car original paint and repair paint, plastics, inks, rubber and other fields.
