Zinc ferrite brown spinel can be used for coloring plastics and coatings in high-temperature areas. For example, in some coatings with certain temperature requirements, including advanced silicone coatings, coil coatings, powder coatings and some coatings that require baking temperatures; as well as in the yellow blending of plastics such as ABS, PP, PA, etc., this pigment can be well used. After being processed by a high-shear airflow mill, its particles are very fine, easy to disperse, not easy to clog the screen, and easy to grind in the coating.
It can be used for coloring in application areas that require no heavy metals such as Cd/Pb/Cr. Because this pigment does not contain Cd, Pb and Cr, three elements that are strictly controlled in heavy metal indicators, it can be used alone to replace chrome yellow color, and can also be mixed with light iron red, or mixed with organic red pigments and orange pigments, and used in plastics, coil coatings, powder coatings and other formulations to replace toxic cadmium red pigments and molybdenum chrome red pigments.
