1: Physical and chemical properties
Appearance: dark blue powder.
Solubility: insoluble in water, slightly soluble in hot ethanol, acetone, pyridine and other organic solvents. It is olive green in concentrated sulfuric acid and produces blue precipitate after dilution.
Stability: It has high stability to light, heat and chemical reagents.
Color: bright dark blue tone.
2: Uses
Dye field: mainly used for dyeing and printing of natural fibers and synthetic fibers such as cotton, linen and silk. It has good dyeing properties, bright colors and high fastness.
Ink field: It can be used in the preparation of printing inks to provide dark blue color for inks.
Coating field: It is used as a colorant in some special coatings to increase the decorative effect of the coating.
